Welcome to 2nd Grade!

Below you will find the Prayer After Communion that the 2nd graders are being asked to learn this year. Your child will need to be able to recite this prayer independently by April 21st. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you for all your help!


Lord Jesus, thank you for giving us your Body and Blood in Holy Communion. May this sacrament strengthen all who receive it so that we might live according to your will. Amen

I absolutely LOVE teaching 2nd grade at Holy Trinity! This is my 16th year teaching overall.

I grew up in Normal and I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2000. My husband and I have two children. A beautiful daughter named Avery who was born in December of 2007 and a gorgeous son named Porter who joined our family in March of 2012.
