Individual and corporate taxpayers in the state of Illinois can receive state income credits in the amount of 75% of their total qualified contribution through the new “Invest in Kids Act”. Scholarship donations by individuals may be designated to Corpus Christi Catholic School or to Central Catholic High School to provide tuition scholarships for area families who may be unable to afford a Catholic education. These tax credits are available on a “first come, first serve” basis. Approval for donations will be granted until the state and regional thresholds are met. As a result, be sure to apply early in 2018 to help guarantee the availability of the tax credits.
For more information as well as to apply NOW to be a donor, visit http://tax.illinois.gov/investinkids/contributor.htm

Scholarships offered through the new “Invest in Kids Act” could cover 50 to 100 percent of tuition and eligible charges for your child next year. Applications will be accepted beginning January 24, 2018 through Empower Illinois (www.empowerillinois.org). Scholarships will be awarded on a “first come, first serve” basis to eligible students, so it is very important to act quickly!

What makes our Catholic School so special? Well, pass the word — now’s the time to take advantage of a day just for prospective families. You can see first-hand how daily prayer and a faith-based, exceptional academic education can enrich each child’s learning experience.
We welcome prospective students to shadow and "Be a Saint for a Day". Prospective students in kindergarten through eighth grade can spend the day attending academic and special classes along with lunch and recess, or are welcome to just participate for an hour or two. Parents are welcome to join in the shadow as well, or just join us for a school tour.
To schedule a visit, please contact the school at 662-3712.
On Wednesday, December 20th, our Corpus Christi School Choruses and our 5th Grade Band will perform in their Christmas Program. Beginning at 6:30 pm in the school cafeteria, both groups will present a program of seasonal favorites. Please come to relax and enjoy the music!
On behalf of the faith and education community of Corpus Christi, welcome to our website and welcome home to your school. Please take a walk around our website, contact us and take a walk around our school. See the difference and believe.
"Community is at the heart of all Catholic education, not simply as a concept to be taught, but as a reality to be lived . . . Your students will learn to understand and appreciate the value of community as they experience love, trust, and loyalty in your school and educational programs, and as they learn to trust all persons as brothers and sisters created by God and redeemed by Christ."
Saint Pope John Paul II
When parents choose a Catholic School for their children, it sets their children apart as a family so committed to their children's education that they are ready to make extraordinary sacrifices. Parents, by making the sacrifice necessary to send their children to Catholic school, show them education is a high priority. Catholic schools provide a loving, loyal environment where the entire community of parents, teachers, students, and parish is committed to academic and personal success.
